The future development of EIS is guided by a foresighted five (5) year strategic plan which appreciates the Vulnerable, Unpredictable, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment that we’re living in. As such, EIS current strategy takes into account the emerging trends and wild cards shaping the education sector locally and globally. Under this VUCA environment, EIS has put measures in place to ensure that the school upholds quality and wholesome education for children while experiencing growth

In the next five years from January 2023, EIS leadership plans to grow the school from the current 185 students to 350 students. As such, the leadership is investing in school expansion and growth in preparation for this growth. EIS will also continue to monitor and align with the various changes occurring in the external environment while providing children with the best and wholistic education.
